Repeatedly asked to sign in to use an application

When I try to use an application in Adobe CC, the login window repeatedly appears. I'm unable to use any applications.  The chat representatives are not helpful. And I've tried everything on this page:

Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

No solutions from chat representatives. No help from anyone from Adobe or anyway to contact them.

Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud

The SLStore and PCD folders are hidden by default.  You will need to enable hidden files in your file manager.

Which operating system do you have?

Does your computer user profile have administrative level permissions?
