Request for changing app startup images

You know those images that show up when these powerful and very helpful Adobe products launch? Some are pretty nice and some we'd prefer to not look at. Sorry to those who have spent time at them but you know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think it would be great if the engineers would write a few lines of code to either:

  • let us change the image to something that we want (our own image)
  • or allow us to click a button or text link, whereupon the image is changed to a different image in an Adobe library that is chosen by either some management team or decision makers or even better, let us, the community to vote on images in Behance which would become the library of possible images
  • or the selected image could be something similar to seeing random images when starting Windows 10 (we are even able to say we like them or not)

Sorry for bringing this topic back up since I've seen this topic back in 2016 (answered that we can't change them of course) but since I'm paying premium prices for this software, this would be a nice thing to have.

Wouldn't that be cool in these apps?

Hi

It’s not something I would want, but if you do, then go to UserVoice for the application and put in a feature request to the engineers. The splash screen is only there for a few seconds and it changes every year.

Using UserVoice for Adobe products

This post telle you how to change the registry to disable the splash screen If you want to do that.

How can I disable the splash screen in Photoshop CC?
