I understand how disappointing it is to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription and then find that the applications you need require hardware features that your computer does not support.
As @jane-e and @Spas K. have already noted, Adobe generally provides access only to current and select previous versions of Creative Cloud applications. The individual Creative Cloud subscription you started this week does not include access to the older non-AVX2 versions you are requesting, so those installers are not available through the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Because of that limitation, I would recommend canceling your individual Creative Cloud subscription if your primary goal is to run older non-AVX2 versions of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and After Effects. You can find information on managing or canceling your subscription here:

Since you are a student, your best option for accessing older versions may be through your school or educational institution. Some schools maintain licensing programs, deployment resources, or archived installation files that are not available through individual Creative Cloud subscriptions.
