Request to generate a response code

Hello. I am a designer at Shinhan Financial Investment in Korea.

I entered the Adobe CS6 Master Collection offline activation request code that my company is using on the screen below.

However, the response code was not generated.

Please answer fast.

Creative Suite is discontinued and not supported. Adobe can't help you unless you have a paid Creative Cloud subscription.
