Résilier son abonnement

Bonsoir,

Je viens  à l'instant de souscrire un abonnement, avec un essai gratuit de 7 jours. J'ai voulu télécharger les logiciels (lightroom et photoshop), or mon mac est bien trop vieux, et ne peut installer les dernières mises à jour nécessaires pour supporter ces logiciels. Je souhaite donc résilier mon abonnement. Malheureusement, il est indiqué sur mon compte "vous pourrez bientôt gérer votre formule". Autrement dit, pour l'instant tu ne peux rien faire.

Je n'ai pas envie de devoir attendre la fin de la période d'essai gratuite, puis d'être débité pour des logiciels dont je n'ai même pas pu me servir...

Pourriez-vous m'aider ?

Il vient de m'arriver la même chose et je suis vraiment fâché.

im n'y a aucune façon d'entrer en contact avec personne au service à la clientèle. Je suis laissé à moi même et je dois débourser près de 150$ pour résigner un contrat dont je ne voulais pas vraiment. Je me sens pris au piège. C'est vraiment une arnaque.

quelqu'un peut m'aider???

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Bon et bien moi, je me sens volée ! J'ai loupé la date limite et mon abonnement repart pour un an.... si j'annule ça va me couter la peau des fesses ...

La moindre des choses seraient d'envoyer un mail de renouvellement d'abonnement comme d'autres prestateurs le font.... C'est une honte - c'est de la vente forcée !  et je ne crois pas que cela soit légal! et en plus il est impossible de communiquer en direct avec vous.

Bonjour moi aussi je me sent volée, j'ai juste eu besoin d'une fois en version d'essai depuis impossible de retiré... je viens de voir un achat carte d'un abonnement mensuel à 23euros sur mon compte et maintenant comme par hasard j'ai la possibilité de stopper la forumule mais je dois régler 131eueos de frais...je me sent arnaquée...j'ai de petits revenues et aucunement les moyens de me payer de luxe...inutile à mon quotidien... avez vous réussi à résilié sans frais? Cordialement

@p26452864tz56, you're only chance to negotiate the cost is if you discuss with adobe.  it's unlikely you'll prevail, but you have no chance probing the forums.
