Restart account Creative Cloud

Hi all, I'm trying to refresh the payment infos to restart my subscription..I have the same credit card, but it doesn't allow me to do it. Probably because the sistem doesn't notice any change in the credit card datas..any suggestion / solution? Thanks a lot! Luca

Ciao a tutti, sto cercando di riattivare un abbonamento bloccato pochi giorni fa. Il sistema mi lascia accedere ai dati di pagamento ma non mi permette di aggiornarli, probabilmente perché non si tratta della stessa carta di credito, ora tornata al normale funzionamento..qualcuno avrebbe soluzioni da proporre? Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
