Restarted my laptop to factory settings and lost my photoshop elements.

Hello,

My laptop broke a while ago and needed to be reset to it's factory settings to repair it.

I had bought Photoshop Premier Elements and installed it onto my laptop with the serial code provided.

I have lost the serial code but have an account with Adobe so wondered if I'm still able to get it back through that?
