Restrict user-input numbers to integers across all CC titles

I looked on the Adobe site and the web and could not find any discussions on this specific request. I would love to have a preference check box to round all of my number inputs through my mouse to integers. Whether dragging an object on the screen, or scrolling over an input box with my mouse, I only want integers. (Of course all interpolations should be computed normally.) I mostly use Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. PS and Illy do a fairly good job with this, PP and AE not so much. I know it's my OCD, but I hate looking at an x-y pair and seeing 100.2 and 300.9, for example. UGH! I realize there are higher impact issues that need attention. I'm hoping maybe this could be really easy to implement though. Thanks for your interest.

Cheers,

- DK

google each program and 'snap to pixel' for how to implement that in each program.
