following a virus, had a fresh install done and the tech did not record my CS6 serial number. Where can I retrieve it?

    never mind ... I thought adobe accounts and my profile were the same .... in the instruction, it would nice if they just gave the link to the adobe accounts page, don't you think. Anyway, thanks.

    You're welcome.  There are a lot of things they could do that would be nice.

    Ned ... I'm not finding what I'm looking for ... this is a student version I activated via the following link:

    I don't see a place in my profile to register a product. I have an order # (reseller), an Adobe customer number and of course, the product key.
