Is the a way to refer to a simpler interface for Creative Cloud desktop app for mac?

    I need CC runnig to keep my creative cloud files updated. And I don't want a lot of apps pinned to my dock.

     

    I want to use the CC interface as simply an app launcher. It would have been good for adobe to add an option to revert back.

    I don’t think it’s possible. I believe Adobe intends to add more features to the new version. But you don’t need to keep it running. Simply use it for updates. When you launch an app, right-click (control-click) on the dock icon and choose Options  >> Keep in Dock. In future you can launch with a single click.
