Rubbish Customer Service!!

I decided to upgrade my photography subscription to an all apps subscription today, although the reply from the staff member was very slow, it got completed. I later found an issue with that product so I spoke to a support agent about it, they were useless, so I requested for a supervisor who should be able to help me, the supervisor arrives after me waiting 10-15 minuets for them, and then they were rubbish! They decided to try and google similar issues of mine and didnt tell me they were doing that, so I was left looking at a chat for about 10 minuets! Eventually they gave up and said, ”I’m going to pass you to a technical supervisor who Should be able to help”. At this point in time, I had been on this chat, looking for a solution for about 1 and a half hours! The technical supervisor was really friendly and very quick, I was very impressed compared to how the others treated me! This technical supervisor guy was really helpful, he made me a screenshot thing to show me the steps to resolve my issue, it was a really simple fix which the first person should have had ages ago! First two people were rubbish, last person was great, so thank you sathakhi!

What you describe as « rubbish » is exactly how customer service should work ... first level...second level...third level...

Next time you have a question, post it on the respective product forum.  The experts  who use the software everyday can usually have you up & running in 5 minutes or less.

Customer Care is mainly for billing and activation issues.   When I have a product question, I go to the forums.

It was more of a complaint so that was the person to go to.

Honestly, Customer Care has nothing  to do with how the software works.

Submit your bug reports and feature requests directly to  product engineers where they will see it.
