run element 2019 on a new windows 10 computer after download

Hi, I downloaded element 2019 to my new computer but when I activated it, it says I have the 30 day trial version.  I have done it so many times that I am ready to pay them and upgrade to 2020 version and can't even find out on the site directions to upgrade.  Help.  Surely I don't have to buy it again.  thanks
