Run xd on windows 10 and its displays a grey screen

Xd was installed on windows 10 home edition. I also tried to install on a windows 10 pro machine. Same thing. From the creative cloud screen I try to open Xd. Displays a grey window that eventually closes. I'm reading that other users are upgrading to 'Windows 10 Creators Update. I tried to make an installer with the windows media creation tool but it only lists windows 10. Where do I find this 'Windows 10 Creators Update'? Please help. Thanks
