Running Adobe Software on a MacBook Air from 2011 (Version 10.12.6 Software)

Hi all. Does anyone know a way to download the older version of Adobe Software so I can run it on my older MAC? Doesn't seem possible or it's not too straight forward.

On the other hand does anyone know a way to overide the Apple system to get the newer Mac operating system when it's not showing up?

Hi, the last release of Creative Cloud to support macOS Sierra was CC 2019.
