Running CC Desktop spawns a spurious process with unprintable name starting with Coresyn

I have been witnessing serious issues like the following whever CC Desktop is runnng:

  • Task Manager will not start
  • Norton Internet Security does not even start
  • restart complains process having unprintable name  starting with CoreSyn is preventing restart
  • battery not getting charged

I run the latest Adobe CC with Windows 10 May 2019 version.

I have tried Repairing Adobe CC installation as well as downloaded and reinstaled Creative Cloud. I am still facing the same issue. For now I have reoved Adobe CC Desktop from Startup which seems to be prevenig the issues from happening. Not sure if Lightroom will work without CC Desktop.

Wonder if any one else has faced the issue and solved.
