Running Premiere and Photoshop at the same time on 2 computers

Is it possible, with the $49 subscription, to run photoshop on my laptop computer while running Premiere on my Desktop mac at the same time?

So, essentially, I would activate the two allowed computers in Cloud. Just wondering if using completely different apps on those two different computers at the same time is possible?

Depends on what you mean by run.

I assume you'd be rendering in Premiere on one while using Photoshop on another? I'm no lawyer but I don't think Adobe would object to that under the End User License Agreement (EULA). It's common sense efficiency.

Your able to download and use all the application that Creative Cloud provide you. You just need to be sure to purchase the full Creative Cloud suscription, not the single app.
