Russia - How to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud plan and membership, No links are working - no support avaiable!

Hi, strange situation on Russian Adobe site - you couldn't do anything with your subscription - couldn't change payment method, couldn't cancel plan, couldn't change plan! The system is moving you all around the help questions and doing nothing!!!! No reply, no real people standing behind, no real help. I thought the company of the size of yours even if you are not already in the market will still be responsible and helpful... Unfortunately it is not like this. Need asap help to cancel my subscription as I don't need to use all this stuff anymore... Please someone who can help with this write to me how to make it! You are my last hope.......
