Russian language in lightroom CC?

Good day. lightroom CC through the Creative Cloud desktop app is installed without the Russian language. Manual: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html does not work. Also lightroom CC: edit-preferences-general-language no choice of the Russian language. Is there any Russian language for lightroom CC?

Thank you for your reply. Creative Cloud desktop app Russian language there, but lightroom CC installed without Russian. P. S. support Adobe said that lightroom CC in Russian yet...
