Safari can't open the specified address ????

I came back to use Illustrator after a few months of not using it and when I went to open it said install, went to the creative cloud and try to install it again and I get this message .... any insites on this?

reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
