Same Licensee, new hard drive, cannot get into license, what do I do?

I am administrator, licensed user hard drive died, new computer will not recognize original invitation to license and say license is used. How do I reinvite her or do I have to cancel license and add new license?

    attach a screenshot of the error, if it's in english.  otherwise, quote the error message.

    Hey Kglad,

    Here you go. she had to have hard drive replaced and therefore download all software again to run creative cloud. Then tried to get back in by trying to accept the original link that was sent to her when I first created the License for her. That gave her this email reply. In admin I cannot re-invite her. I am wondering if I will have to delete her license and start a new license for her again. This is also a pain because I want to use her same email, etc... LMK your thoughts.

    download a trial of your software and activate it with your serial number.
