Says free trial for apps on my student account

I have a student account because I am a student in college studying video production. I recently paid for the 60% off discount plan, downloaded the adobe creative cloud app and 90% of the apps that say to use them, I must start a free trial or buy them. AKA, not acknowledging that I paid over $200 for these apps already. I have checked my plan, only 3 apps show up for me to use which, it should be all the apps, correct? That's what it said when I was signing up for the plan. I've tried signing in and out of my account. I've tried all the things the help center has suggested and still no use. And anytime I try and talk to an actual human being working for adobe, it says that I cant, and must talk to one of my administrators or an IT team. That is not possible for me at the moment for the fact that it is still the middle of summer and have no ways of communication with my professors currently. I've been desperately searching the internet to try and find answers but am having no luck and I'm desperate at this point. I must be missing something, or am just plain stupid.

Someone, PLEASE help.
