What do you mean you reset your PC? Can you explain what you did or what led up to the error? Did the reset mean a full wipe of the hard drive and reinstall of windows from scratch or something else? Depending on what you did/didn't do, you may need to uninstall/reinstall or use the creative cloud cleaner tool to install if there are bad components around from before your reset.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 14 (Sonoma), 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey).

Hope that helps.
