Says Premiere Pro is a trial, go to purchase, sign in and it says ive already purchased. Try to load Premire Pro but still says trial mode even though I've purchased!

Hi there, I have a monthly subscription but on CC it says next to premiere pro its in trial mode.  I load up premiere and it asks to register, I go to register, and it says I have no plan associated.  I go to my account to purchase it again and it says I cant because I've already purchased a plan!  How to make this work?  Is my account out of sync?

I have a 64 bit machine with windows 10

I logged out, restarted, and logged back in.  Still no luck.

I do have another email through work - my main ID is Removed by moderator> and work is <Removed by moderator>

I logged into work one and noticed it has my premire pro plan on that account as well as my main one, which shouldnt be correct.  Maybe thats causing the problem?

First, You MUST have a 64bit computer and operating system... what is your computer?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

-If you have more than one email, but sure you are using the one linked to your subscription
