Scale percentage not showing

Since the last update I cannot see the scale percentage (horizontal and vertical) anymore when I want to scale something. Not sure how to see the small "popup" box (normally was attached to the selection key) again, maybe it is just an easy click in the preferences bar but I cannot find it.

Please help:)
