Hi Filiz,

In addition to Ned's suggestion, you can also refer Legal subscription terms | Adobe where the complete details of the subscription are mentioned.

It`s ok, I will never ever use an Adobe product anymore and tell everyone I know about this shabby business model of tricking users in to a full year of membership. What sense does it even make to let me pay a penalty? Is this the middle ages or what? It just makes no sense at all.

There is no such scam as you imagine there to be.  You are not paying extra, but you are paying part of what you would have paid had you stuck with the agreement you accepted when you started the subscription.  If you check the terms you will find it clearly stated that should you wish to cancel a subscription before it is finished you will pay one half the remaining cost of it.  You should not expect to be granted special reprieve from having to pay the same penalty that anyone else in your situation has to pay just because you don't like it.

You seem to not understand my point Ned, it`s about the way they advert it and this IS a scam. It seems that you only pay the monts which you use the software, lets be honest, no one reads the full agreement! A fair company would state that you agree to pay for a full year, this was nowhere shown and as you can see in the shot I posted, it is clearly NOT intended to let you think that you will have to pay for a year.
