SCAM EMAIL FROM ADOBE?

I have 3 Adobe product subscriptions and have received 2 separate emails for 2 of them asking me to update my credit card expiration date. Knowing my card is not due to expire for another 2 years I logged in to my account to check. Low and behold the stored card info shows a totally different expiration date that is indeed about to expire. To me this looks like a scam so I have not updated anything. I have been in touch with Adobe to ask how my card details can be incorrect when I have 3 transactions per month being processed by Adobe on that card. I feel it's a reasonable question to ask? So far Adobe has sent about 5 replies - mostly nonsensical, written in poor English and not answering my question at all. Basically they just keep telling me, in roundabout ways, that they can't change the details in my account and only I can ... Thoughts? The email address looks legit I'm just thrown by Adobe's inability to give a straight answer - not to mention the poor English. Is this a scam?
