Scheduling Time of Day for Downloading Updates?

I have LR Classic and PS 2020 installed on my computer.  There are updates available for both of them.  Unfortunately, I am stuck with HughesNet satellite internet service.  With their miserable data limits I cannot download the updates during normal hours without burning through an entire month's data.  I need to do the downloads after 2:00AM.  Is there a way to schedule these two updates to start downloading automatically after 2:00am?  After 2:00AM I have access to free bonus data that doesn't count against my monthly data limits.
