School Gave Me Free Access To All of Adobe- But it's Not Working

My college gave me free access to all adobe apps. I recently tried to download another app, so I uninstalled Photoshop for a bit. When I couldn't download the app, I tried to reinstall Photoshop from my college email. It worked, but only gave me a trail. I'm confused as to why it did that. Is there a fix, or should I email Adobe or my college?
