Second Activation not working

In February I contacted Adobe to clear all my activations as my old computer had died and I had no access, and it looked like I also had activated my CS5.5 suite on another computer and had no access to it. So under my assumption, I had two activations again. I loaded it fine on my new computer, yet I need to load it on another computer and the activation won't work. Are we not allowed 2 activations anymore? I know you cannot use the products at the same exact time, but I have always been able to load and activate.

I am confused on how to solve this issue. Thank you.

You are allowed two activations.
