Just so everone knows... 5 days ago i was given a link to download adobe software and after downloading, extracting the files and installing i discovered a security breach where over 45 passwords were stolen from me..... DO NOT LE THESE PEOPLE TAKE OVER YOUR COMPUTER OR DOWNLOAD ANY LINKS FROM ANYONE IN THE CHAT SUPPORT..... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION!!!!!!

how did you connect to "chat support"? 

 

ie, were you contacted via email and offered a chat session?  did you navigate to a web page?
