Selling CS5 Master Collection and need to transfer license

Ok, quick question about this because I want to make sure the buyer knows what to expect.  I posted this at the end of a similar thread but noticed it's been marked answered so I assume it won't receive a reply.  I will be selling my Master Col. CS5 and this is the process from what I understand...

  1. Deactivate the software on my computer under the help button.
  2. Uninstall the software from my computer.
  3. Fill out my part of the license transfer paperwork.
  4. Sell the software
  5. The buyer fills out their part of the license transfer paperwork.  They submit both of our forms. ???
  6. From the Adobe website... "Once both parties have submitted a Transfer of License form, allow three to four weeks for Adobe to process your license transfer request."
  7. Will the purchaser have to wait 3-4 weeks to install and use the software?

I just want to be 100% sure of what they will see when they receive and try to install/activate the software.  Will it make them wait the 3-4 weeks to use it, or is the license transfer not something they will have to wait for.  Thanks for your help in advance.  I just want to make sure we follow the process correctly so there are no hiccups.

He can always use the trial version and unless new serial numbers are issued, the old ones will still be usable.
