I have received an email from you that wants me send you  back informatiom

But when i tried to send to support@adobe.com it was refused to send

    that sounds like a scam, but the email address (if it goes to adobe.com) isn't from a scammer.  in any case, never click a link that's in an email (from adobe or anyone else).  the most you would do, if it looks valid (like the one your posted), copy it and paste it into an address field.

    Definitely sounds like a scam. Never send back information when you get an email like that (unless you're expecting to receive an email like that; a password reset request for instance). Check your account to see if anything looks odd. Worst case scenario, find the best way for you to get in touch with Adobe Customer Service if you see anything crazy! Good luck!
