Is there any way to pay for a single app with no storage? I would like to use Photoshop, but the only plans are either the Photography plan, which comes with storage and extra apps, or the single app plan that comes with even more storage I don't need.
I think it would be very useful if things weren't bundled. I feel like the current plans are a waste of my money, as I would not use them to their full potential.

As I understand you wish to know if there is any plan that comes without storage. Unfortunately, there is no such plan available without storage. The only plan available with minimum storage is the Photography plan with 20GB storage available for 9.99/month.
