Separate my account and key

Hello,

I'm working for a company as IT support who needed an adobe acrobat license. A few month ago we bought a single license and I registered it over my company account but now we bought a volume license and would like to merge the single license key to the volume license account. Is it possible to dismantle the key from my account?

    Did you try over a different browser?

    Please clear the cookies/cache and then try to access the link.

    Yeah I tried over Chrome and IE both same result. I also tried to clear cookies/cache.
