Sept 2019 paid for one year of Acrobat DC

Every time I log in to edit/work on my document, I cannot get access to Acrobat DC and it asks me to subscribe, yet account shows I have access until Sept 2020. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Acrobat DC is reverting to trial mode.  See help article below.

Purchased Creative Cloud apps appear as trial versions

My account does not show "Manage Plans" Sorry.

Assuming your plan is active and payment details are current,

https://account.adobe.com/plans

  1. Sign-out and sign-in to Creative Cloud desktop app with your paid ID and password.
  2. Update Creative Cloud desktop app.
  3. Remove Adobe-related entries from the hosts file.
  4. If you still require help, scroll down to Contact Adobe button on your account page.
