My serial isnt reconized by adobe. I just downloaded the cs6 master collection and adobe cant activate it. It told me to contact customer support

    i have the same problem. when i start ae it wants that i get a license. when i try it i'm tld my serial key is invalid but i just bought my upgrade from production premium cs4 to cs6.

    Can you let us know the exact error message you get during activation. Have you tried troubleshooting it using this doc ?
