Serial key reached maximum amount of uses

I have reached the maximum amount of uses on a serial key and need to deactivate it. I do not know where this key was used, and I am hoping Adobe can assist.

    Correct answer John T Smith

Adobe support will not help with a serial number deactivation

The ONLY way to deactivate is for you, the owner, to go to the computer where the program is installed and deactivate

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

not only that, but that computer must meet adobe's security standards with an updated os and default browser.
