Serial key reached maximum amount of uses

Question

I have reached the maximum amount of uses on a serial key and need to deactivate it. I do not know where this key was used, and I am hoping Adobe can assist.

Adobe support will not help with a serial number deactivation The ONLY way to deactivate is for you, the owner, to go to the computer where the program is installed and deactivate
