Hi Support,

I want you to know, I have the version of Lightroom 5.7 and now I have now the version 6. but I have to reinstall my O.S. on one of my Notebook and My workstation:

I had to re install my operating system twice already because of problems with my hardware (disks), and this weekend install the product and tells me I have to deactivate a product before and I reach my limit?

I can not do this, because the disk on wish it ware installed no longer work. I need you to help me please?

From time to time I re install the operating system in order to work properly? What is the procedure so this does not happen again? if there is one

please can you help me? I have 29 days left, that´s what the message said

    You should only need to request the reset for version 6.  Prior to version 6 there is no deactivation mechanism, so no need to reset the older versions.
