My laptop gave up on my last week and have just tried installing Adobe Photoshop elements on my new laptop and it keeps telling me it is incorrect, even though I got it direct from my account! Can anyone help, please!!!!

    I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 13, I have done everything and it still will not take my serial number. I have no idea where to go from here.
