Hi, I purchased the adobe photo shop elements 11 and Premier elements 11, both on the same disc. I have only used the video editor and when i went to use the photoshop the serial number does not work. I used the trial as I was fed up trying, but now that has expired.

    Well, but did you actually buy the combo bundle back then? Many physical distributions contain both programs, but only one specific serial number depending on what you actually bought. You need to check that.
