I bought Adobe Master collection cs6 last year. I bought a new computer and now my serial number is not valid anymore.. Can anyone help me?

    Hi Jeroen,

    Most of the time the error message about serial is not it's not valid, but it could not be validated see: Error unable to validate serial number | CS6

    In this case please check if there is any blocking to the activation server is happening: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

    If you have a educational serial you might have a year license and the license might have ended. Adobe Support can check this for you.

    Thank you so much for your answer. Indeed, I bought an educational version, so I think the year is up. I just bougt a new version of CC. Thanks again.
