Serial number?

I need my serial number...I have called and waited on the phone for over an hour only to be hung up on. You have your money, I gave you my student email address, you have not given me any resolve. Stop harboring it. Does anyone know a quicker way to get the serial number?

    There stupid server for the maintenance site is down so we have to wait for them, the only way is that site too so i guess we wait? I hate it.
