trying to use photoshop elements 10. system is telling me it's been setup on 2 computers. not true

    if pse 10 has ever been installed and activated and then you failed to deactivate it (even if it's been uninstalled), that counts as one activation.

    if you install and activate pse 10 on one computer and then make a significant change to the hardware (like changing the harddrive) of that same computer and again install and activate, that counts as two activations.

    anyway, if you have pse10 installed on a computer that's no longer used or on one where you no longer need pse 10, open pse 10 and click help>deactivate.

    that will allow you to install and activate on another computer.
