Serial Number

I bought a laptop with Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. When i try to find the serial number I´m redirected to the Adobe Licensing Website, but when I try to login it tells me that I´m not recognized as an authorized user in that website, and I had no problem with my Adobe account before.

Contact whoever sold you the laptop about activating your PSE licenses.

You probably need a redemption code.
