Serial number

I have 3 legal boxes of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. I have uninstalled all the copies from old computers but now when installed on new machine - I am getting error message that serial number is in use on different PC. What should I do?

Did you deactivate the other devices BEFORE you uninstalled the software?

That's kind of important.

Failing that, you will need to contact support.  Follow @Peru Bob's advice.
