hello, I have put acrobat xi pro on my new imac, but can not find my serial number anymore.
how do I get my serial number? richard

If you did not register your number with Adobe, there is nothing anyone may do to help

1. Check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe), https://accounts.adobe.com

2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, (mac:) https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

* Adobe's account details: if you registered it will be there (you see why registering is recommended)

* Your email, if the number was emailed

* The box & packaging, if there was any.

my serial number came via email but have deleted the email and can not reinstall photo elements without it anyone help please ?
