serial number for creative cloud

I opened as creative cloud ( all ai; indesign; photoshop; etc); they need serial numbers. Oh boy! it happened since I used them all times in my working. It seem that it lost serial numbers as I cant figure out to remember. How could I get?

or have I purchase again?

Lap2440,

There should be no need to enter a serial number for software included within the subscription to Creative Cloud. If you are being prompted to enter your serial number when opening your actively subscribed Creative Cloud application then please see http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html for additional information.

If you need to find your serial number for a non-creative cloud product, start by signing in to your Adobe account. On the Manage Accounts page that appears, all of your registered products and their serial numbers are listed in the Plans & Products section. For more information on locating serial numbers, or on registering a serial number, please see Find your serial number quickly.

The Adobe Id on the forums has no active subscription under it.

Please check in case you have purchased the subscription under any other email address.
