serial number for Creative Suite CS6 invalid

Hi,

I am trying to install the Creative Suite CS6 on my Windows 10 Laptop, but when I enter the serial number I always get the same error message:

"Die eingegebene Seriennummer ist ungültig. Versuchen Sie es erneut. Wenn das Problem weiterhin auftritt wenden Sie sich an den Support."

 

I am using the same licence on another Windows 10 PC without a problem and the chat support also told me that the serial number is correct. Any idea what I can do?

Have you downloaded the setup file from account or using Installation media like DVD? and are you using same installer which you used to install the app on computer where license activation is successful.

And is the language of the installer matches the other computer?
