Serial Number for Photoshop Element isn’t being accepted

Hi, I recently bought PS element 13, the software gives me the error that it cannot validate this serial number.

I tried restarting my computer, typing in the number times but it gives me the same message over and over again.

Please help, It’s extremely important that this works, I’ve spent a lot on this software.
