Serial number for Photoshop Elements included with my Dell Studio with Windows 7

My computer is a Dell studio with windows 7.  Can you mail me a program on a CD or a thumb drive?

I do have a Surface with 10, but I have not used it except for  games.  Can I get  programs (adobe elements for each)?

Do I need my money back?

    Be aware that you are not talking to Adobe when you post in these forums, so whatever program you are asking about is only known to you - you need to indicate what program this concerns.

    If you need to install a program that you already own you can most likely acquire a download of it.  Adobe software and other downloads

    Click your avatar picture near the upper right corner (slightly to the left of the pencil) and select PREFERENCES then set all Email Preferences to OFF and click Save at the bottom left

    AND

    Another feature is that Jive is oriented toward social networking... so every time you start or reply to a message you are automatically added to a FOLLOW list... meaning you receive a notification of every subsequent message in that thread
